By accessing or using NOISK.AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using NOISK.AI, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
NOISK.AI is licensed for lawful, personal, and commercial use in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You may use NOISK.AI to generate images, publish content, and automate workflows for yourself or on behalf of clients.

Image screening. Images passing through the platform are screened using Shield by Project Arachnid, operated by the Canadian Centre for Child Protection. We block both categories Shield reports — child sexual abuse material, and harmful-abusive material — including the second category, where Shield leaves the removal decision to the operator. Screening is unconditional and is not configurable, by you or by us. Confirmed matches are handled in accordance with our obligations under the Mandatory Reporting Act, including reporting and preservation.
NOISK.AI is a tool platform, not an AI model. We do not train, host or supply a language model. You connect your own AI assistant, and we expose tools that assistant can call, using your own credentials, in your own storage.
Autonomous action. Within a session you have started, your assistant acts autonomously. It decides which tools to call and calls them without asking you to approve each action. It can create, edit and delete files, publish and modify web pages, and generate images without stopping to ask. We do not claim that a human approves each action, because that would not be true.
What is gated: destructive operations require a two-step confirmation, in which a preview call returns a token and the operation will not execute without it; deletions move to a recycle bin and are restorable rather than immediately destroyed; anything outside the entitlements of your account is refused; and nothing runs on a schedule — you start the session.
No transactions. The platform does not move money, make purchases, place orders or execute financial transactions of any kind. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider and is not reachable by any agent tool. The platform can incur usage costs against your own configured third-party API keys — for example image generation billed to your own account with that provider. That is metered consumption of a service you have contracted for directly, not a transaction executed on your behalf.
No professional advice. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, engineering or other regulated professional advice, and we do not hold ourselves out as licensed practitioners in any regulated discipline. Documentation about how to use our own product, and technical output such as code or website content produced at your direction, are not professional advice. Where a tool returns output from a third-party AI model, that output is the third party’s, is labelled as such, and is not advice from PeeperFrog AI Inc.
Not for consequential decisions. NOISK.AI is a content-production and workflow tool. It is not marketed, positioned or documented for consequential decision-making, and no output it produces is presented as a determination.
NOISK.AI facilitates connections to third-party AI providers (Google, OpenAI, Together AI, Perplexity). You are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms of service and for all costs incurred through your API keys. NOISK.AI is not responsible for third-party provider outages, pricing changes, or policy changes.
Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed in advance. Usage-based fees (via your own API keys) are billed directly by third-party providers. NOISK.AI does not mark up or resell third-party API usage. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of content you create using NOISK.AI, subject to the licences of the underlying AI models and reference library assets. NOISK.AI retains ownership of its platform, code, and infrastructure. See our Image Licence Reference for details on reference library image licences.
We do not warrant or guarantee the copyright status of reference library images. We represent each licence as recorded from the source institution, we enforce our ingestion standard, and we operate a takedown process. We do not indemnify you against a third-party claim.
Whether an image may be used commercially depends entirely on the licence attached to that individual image. Rights flow from the source: public-domain material carries no restriction, and openly-licensed material carries whatever the source imposed, which may include attribution, share-alike or non-commercial terms. The per-image licence and its attribution requirements are surfaced with the image. We do not grant rights we do not hold, and we do not relicense material more broadly than we received it.
NOISK.AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
In particular, and without limiting the above: we give no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, no guarantee of uptime or availability, and no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated output. Output produced by AI models is probabilistic and may be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it or publish it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeeperFrog AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NOISK.AI, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of NOISK.AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
